Pizzas and fries were fantastic. Appetizers and fish were good. House made ranch and tarter were delicious. Guinness and beers were very crisp/fresh. Service was average but overall fine.
Ashland Ky - Jerk Riley’s Irish Pub did not disappoint our unplanned road trip stop for lunch. Atmosphere was very Irish traditional and server was great, food & Guinness was perfect ! We were delighted to add this pub in addition to our list of visited pubs in Ireland ????????
The drinks and food here were excellent! The appetizer pretzel was amazing and the chicken pub sandwich was great! I went here with a group of 8 people, my waitress took my partner's order and then took the two in front of me. Before taking my order she tried to leave my partner had to quickly grab her and tell her I needed to order. After that my friends at the opposite table needed to order but their waiter took only 3 of their orders and didn't get the other. 1 hour later me and my partner got our food and one friend in front of me got his but his partner and the other four people did not. 1 hour after that 3 people got theirs, learned he didn't even give the one person's order to the kitchen and we got our checks before my one friend even got hers. 30 minutes later our waitress came back for my money when we got to tell her my one friend still had not received her food. They apologized and gave her fresh food for free but it still was not a good experience.
1st. Don't be mad about the 4 star for service. I realize it was the first day. It seemed like all the servers will need to pick up some. It's hard to train for a full dining room without buts in the seat. So with that, be patient. Don't get mad when you don't get your drink in 3.8 seconds. Food was great. The prices are fair. Hitop tables a bit cumbersome but worth the trip. Dont plan on a huge group to sit together. Make this place a small get together. Better yet mingle with other while watching a game. Lots of beers and drinks to chose from. Overall you need to give this place a try.
This place is raging with positivity and excitement, The owners have done a fabulous job at remodeling the old CR Thomas building , the menu is excellent. The service was great for being the second day open. The food was hot, large portions and tasty . We look forward to becoming regulars at this new establishment.
I’ve tried a few different food items from here and everything I’ve had but the traditional wings are out of this world! They definitely have the best wings in the tristate! They got pool tables and a few other games for entertainment along with live music on the weekends.
We had our 1st meal here on Friday at noon for lunch. We have avoided the evening experience, because we have heard it is a local favorite. WELL LET ME TELL YOU, WE WILL BE BACK FOR LUNCH SOON !!! The Reuben lunch special is wonderful. We are Reuben lovers, and JR's is at the top of OUR list. I could eat their fries for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Service was excellent as well. Our server mentioned she is from the state of FL, and Riley's is fortunate to have her working with them.
Easily my favorite local go to spot. The bangers and mash are amazing! The drinks are always on point and the staff always makes you feel welcome. Everyone's friendly and the events they hold are always a blast. The live music is always top tier ! Highly recommend And ask for Joe's Margarita!!!!!! Only $3 during happy hour and to die for!
